Microsoft PowerApps Borders around fields in the "View" Screen Print Screen Layouts in PowerApps Data Cards

The issue:  DataCard border doesn't show up

So there was some documentation advising App developers to change the display mode of the field to "Edit" or "Disabled" to display borders in their app in view screens.

The results were not what I wanted to display. 

DisplayMode.Edit

Yuck

DisplayMode.Disabled

Even more Yuck!

How to replicate; 

Select controller:

Unlock the card to edit it on the right:

Then edit the DisplayMode setting (Scroll all the way to the bottom): Put the text: DisplayMode

Then Click on the data card where the input value is displayed:

Again in the right side advance setting scroll all the way down to the bottom and change the DisplayMode to : DisplayMode.View
